Before 1989 each founders had worked separately as employers for the brazilian Navy Port Authorities, the largest Brazilian shipyards as well as for foreign and Brazilian ship owners, always in the electronic area.
With the growth in market opportunities, they decided to join their expertise and founded the MRC Eletrônica Ltda., which soon became well known as a high quality sales and service center for all kinds of eletronic products, manufactured by the most important companies in the world of navigation and oceanograghic area.
Before long the work developed by the company was recognized also outside Brazil as very reliable and competent.
